Dr. Josef A. Howard is an ordained minister of Harvest Intercontinental Ministries Unlimited (HIM-U) formerly, Bethel World Outreach Ministries International (BWOMI). He is a National Overseer and the International Executive Directive responsible for Theological Education, Spiritual Formation and Credentialing. Dr. Howard completed a three-year certificate program in Biblical Studies at the Monrovia Bible Training Center in Liberia while he studied Business Administration and Economics at the University of Liberia, West Africa. At University National de Cote d’Ivoire, he studied French Culture and Civilization along with Banking and Finance. When he migrated to the United States, He did a diploma program in Cross Culture Ministry at Bethany College of Missions in Bloomington, MN., followed by a Master of Divinity in Pastoral Care at Bethel Theological Seminary in St. Paul, MN. Being conscious of God’s call upon his life to train those who the Lord has called and anointed to operate in the five-fold ministries, Dr. Howard decided to pursue a doctoral degree and in 2009, he earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Missiology with emphasis in Leadership Development from Concordia Theological Seminary in Fort Wayne, Indiana. A church planter, teacher, preacher, musician, author, motivational conference speaker, marriage counselor, chaplain, mediator, and trainer in church leadership, church ushering, multiculturalism, church growth, spiritual caregiving, biblical stewardship and finance, Dr. Howard loves the Lord and has dedicated his life to help others experience God’s best for them. He is passionate about training and wants to see God’s servants experience and become all that God has destined for them. Dr. Howard is of the conviction that there is nothing that is impossible with God. If He (God) has said it, He will surely bring it to pass. It is this message that forms the core of his ministry. Dr. Josef A. Howard has authored several books including Ushers, God’s Frontline Commander, Turning Your Mess into A Message, Soaring as an Eagle over Life’s Challenges, and Where is My Honor?.  Over the years, he has and continues to play a key role in writing most of HIM-U’s Official Documents. Dr. Howard is married to his lovely and charming wife, Elder Lees Howard and they have been blessed with four biological children as well as countless spiritual children.

Rev. Othello Sarwea Metzger is an Ordained Minister of the Harvest Intercontinental Ministries Unlimited. He currently serves as the Resident Pastor of Harvest Intercontinental Church Minnesota. Rev. Othello Sawea Metzger (as he is affectionately called) has worked as a pastor for 17 years in West Africa and the United States of America. He holds a bachelor’s degree in theology from the West Africa School of Missions and Theology (WASMAT) and a Master of Divinity in Biblical Theology from the University of Northwestern in St Paul Minnesota. His love and service to God and His people have taken him to several countries. As a powerful speaker, preacher, teacher, prayer warrior, and motivator, Rev. Metzger has imparted countless lives since he started serving the Lord.   Convinced that nothing is impossible with God, he constantly encourages believers to never give up because God will surely come through for them. Rev. Metzger has been Married to Elder Christiana S. Metzger for a little over 20 years. Their union is blessed with six beautiful children (three boys and three girls).
